Tsardom of Ussecow
Urssova is vast. So vast that its own people sometimes don’t recognise each other as countrymen, thanks to the vast number of different cultures and languages within its borders… that’s if anyone even knew where the boarders lay. The Tsar of Urssova, Alevandro III, struggles daily to maintain some form of order in his court of sophisticated noblemen, barbaric nomad-elders, and warmongering warlords, sometimes wishing he could be rid of the “unwanted” wild regions altogether and force them to declare independence from his bulging Tsardom… but no, the elders and the warlords, envious of the glory and wonders of the rest of Ethium, wants a piece of the action, and they know that only the Great Tsar could unite them as a singular force and confront the other powers of Ethium. The problem is that they ALL want to be his right-hand man and can never come to any sort of agreement to move forward. As if that wasn’t enough of his troubles, Napaloire and his Florian mob have declared war on the rest of Ethium. The Arglish and the Genovians are pestering the Tsar to join them in the war against Floria, but at the same time expecting Urssova to take the brunt of the burden.
